Coverage, Billing, and Financial Assistance Information
Most insurance policies cover a large portion of testing. Our team will verify and confirm insurance benefits with each client before any services are provided. Please keep in mind that this is an estimate, and all insurance companies differ in terms of coverage and verification.
Like all medical providers, we will bill portions of the bill not covered by insurance directly to the patient.
For patients and families who require financial assistance, sliding scale self-pay options and pro-bono services are available. Pro-bono service appointments are limited, and patients are generally placed on a waitlist.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be changed or cancelled within 48 hours to avoid a late cancellation fee.
